Last gray day of winter ... can't wait for tomorrow!
This photo pretty much sums up this past winter for me,
dismal and gray.
Don't get me wrong, I usually like the wintertime ...
Snow, hibernating, and toasty evenings by the fire with family.
This past winter just felt long, very long. I don't know why exactly,
but I think it may have something to do with the new journey that is a head of me ...
I'm anxious and can't wait for it to unfold!

So I promised you fun and flea marketing, right?
The "gray" photo above is from my last outing this past weekend,
although rather bleak looking from the outside
I always find goodies on the inside ...
I only go about once a month in the winter when
most of the outside markets have closed for the season
-where I live all of the best shopping dies out in the cold months.

This post is really not about showing you my finds from the past weekend ... it's a tease for where I'll be "fleaing" to next weekend celebrating
the arrival of spring and new beginnings ...

Oh! and yes ... it will be warm and the sun will be shining ...
Woo-hooo!
second thought, make that yee-haw!
Let the fun begin!

  4. Hey Jill. Thanks for posting on my blog! (SweeTart77.blogspot.com) You are my first and it made my Monday! I will check out your Etsy shop straight away. Doesn't spring make you want to go treasure hunting? I do. I'm planning a day trip by myself later this week to a little town with loads of antique shops and treasure hunting spots. Felting is a still new to me, but I am sooooo addicted. I'll post my tips and tricks in an upcoming blog post that may help you out (more space than a comments section.) Thanks again for stopping by.
